Laminate & LVPTile and grout are not a waterproof layer. A wet area needs a sloped pan, sealed corners and a continuous membrane behind the tile, and that is the part that decides whether a shower is sound in ten years.
Tile fails where what is underneath it moves. Leveling a floor and repairing a wall before anything is set is slower, less impressive and the reason the finished work lasts.
A pattern is set to the room, not to one wall. In older Salt Lake County homes the walls are rarely square, so the layout is worked out before the first cut rather than discovered at the last one.

Lobbies, corridors and stairwells run to different rules: stair nosings, transitions into carpet, and a schedule that has to work around a building people are still using.

Salt Lake, Utah, Davis and Wasatch counties. That runs from Bountiful and Layton in the north, through the Salt Lake valley, down to Provo and Spanish Fork, and over the mountain to Heber and Midway.
Tell us what you have picked, or where you are looking, and we will tell you how it changes the price and the schedule.
A tub surround is usually two to three working days and a full tile shower three to five, because waterproofing and mortar need cure time between stages. Floors depend on how much leveling the room needs.
Almost never the right call. Tile lasts on a flat, sound, properly prepared substrate, and covering a failing one hides the reason it failed.
It depends on the size of the room, the material and how much prep the space needs, which is why we look at the job before giving you a number rather than quoting from a page.
